Gordonwill restore public documents

-

David Gordon is going to make a great Oneida County Clerk because he knows the importance of having public records available online for people to access.

In 2006, his opponent took the mortgage tax cover sheets offline because she said they contained sensitive information. Recently, Gordon said he reviewed decades of mortgage tax cover sheets and didn’t find any sensitive information like Social Security numbers or dates of birth.

Why did Sandra DePerno take these documents offline? Nobody knows, but it certainly seems fishy.

Gordon said he will restore trust in the clerk’s office by bringing this non-sensitive public information back to the public as it was always intended to be. I support Dave because I want a clerk who tells the truth and is always in my corner. while the rest of us spent $3.5 trillion of our hard-earned dollars on health care. She is ignorant of the fact that it is estimated that Medicare for all would cost $1.38 trillion, less than a third of what we now spend. The number of the uninsured then would be a grand total of zero.

Medicare and Medicaid are government sponsored safety nets, there to provide some protection in our old age, thanks to the foresight of past presidents.

When I watch the attack ad that at first confused me, I now laugh at the gall of one whowould not support a single payer healthcare program in these United States. If Ms. Tenney needs assistance in tearing down her false advertising campaign signs, this senior citizen volunteers

As a resident and registered voter in the 22nd Congressional District I have been dismayed by the assertions made by the Democratic Candidate Anthony Brinidisi. According to Mr. Brindisi he is “an independent voice for Upstate New York.” He also claims in one of his ads that he will not support Nancy Pelosi and his campaign is about delivering for Upstate New York.”

In light of recent events one can only question Mr. Brinidisi’s “independence.” Recently House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi stated that there would be “collateral damage” for those who do not support her policies. Is Mr. Brinidisi willing to reaffirm his opposition to Mrs. Pelosi or was his statement just a ruse to get elected?

As a small business owner in upstate NewYork I cannot tell you how the Democratic policies of Mr. Brindisi have had devastating effects. Recently the Democrats in Albany raised the payroll tax thereby making it more expensive to hire new employees. In addition New York State has the highest cost for Workers Compensation insurance which also restricts my ability to hire workers. And just recently after coming from my accountants’ office after completing my 2017 Business Taxes I received a $22 refund from the Republican controlled federal government yet owe $906 to the Democratic controlled New York State government. Is this what Mr. Brindisi calls delivering for upstate New York?

On a personal note, with a child attending college, my child’s amount of financial aid is adversely effected because Mr. Brindisi voted to provide financial aid to illegal immigrants. As a result of Mr. Brinidisii’s vote to provide financial aid to illegal immigrants my own child a legal resident and citizen must do with less. How does providing financial aid to illegal immigrants at the expense of legal residents of New York delivering for upstate New York?

This is why I am whole-heartedly supporting Republican Claudia Tenney because I just cannot afford Mr. Brindisi and his fellow radical leftist Democrats. I firmly believe that Americans win when Democrats lose because just look at the recent actions by the Democrats which Mr. Brindisi the selfproclaimed independent Democrat has yet to disavow.

Our ancestors in upstate New York were willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to insure that government of the people, by the people, and for the people would not perish from this earth. We the people of the 22nd Congressional District must honor that sacrifice and vote for Claudia Tenney on Tuesday, November 6 and let Mr. Brindisi and the radically violent Democrats know that we will not tolerate or condone their tactics.
