Tuesday, Nov. 6: Chad H. Phillips, 24, of Chittenango, was charged in Sullivan for petty larceny. Monday, Nov. 5: Allan F. Salmon, 26, of Annsville, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. Monday, Nov. 5: James A. Brower, 43, of Camden, was charged in Lee with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, criminal possession of marijuana over 16ounces, seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, speeding and operating a vehicle without an interlock. Monday, Nov. 5: Raymond R. Shlotzhauer, 52, of Rome, was charged in Verona with petty larceny.
