Festival of Christmas Nov. 17
ONEIDA, N.Y. >> The annual Festival of Christmas at the First Presbyterian Church of Oneida, on the corner of Broad and Stone streets, will be held Saturday, Nov. 17, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
A luncheon will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The menu will include chicken and biscuits, coleslaw, cranberry salad, sweet breads and apple cake. The cost is $8 for adults, $4 for children ages 6-12, and free for children ages 5 and younger. The public is invited to attend.
Handcraf t i t ems , sweets, decorations and antiques will be available at seven unique Christmas Shops. A handmade quilt and an original painting will be raffled off at 3 p.m. The quilt, “Friend- ship,” was made by Betty Wesseldine, Sue Kordziel and Laura Reckentine. The painting, “Holly Berries,” was made by Tom Donegan.
