Bornschein, 29, 211Allen St., Oneida, was charged with inadequate headlights, unlicensed operation of amotor vehicle, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of amotor vehicle. Tuesday, Feb. 5: Teaija L. Gaut, 37, 199Madison St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear to answer a charge of petty larceny. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court andwas released on her own recognizan­ce. Monday, Feb. 4: Brandon E. Garlock, 28, 2656Seneca Turnpike, Canastota, was charged with six counts of failure to stop for a stop sign, four counts of failure to signal, two counts of failure to keep right, failure to yield the right of way to an emergency vehicle, failure to obey a traffic control device, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, reckless driving, and unlawfully fleeing a police officer. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held on $2,500cash or $5,000bond.

Saturday, Feb. 2: Alan M. Lighthaul, 26, 5969Middle Road, Munnsville, was charged with inadequate exhaust, failure to use interlock device where required, unlicensed operation of amotor vehicle, and two counts of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of amotor vehicle.

Friday, Feb. 1: Kevin D. McLauglin, 36, 101Highrid­ge Place, Syracuse, was charged with refusal to take a breath screening test, failure to keep right, failure to use designated lane, moving from lane unsafely, and driving while intoxicate­d. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held on $500cash and $1,000bond.

Thursday, Jan. 31: Shadi Y. Marji, 45, 335Stone St., Oneida, was charged with unlawful signal, obstructed view, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
