The following are the results of local elections for school budgets and board of education seats.
Oneida City Schools
Residents of the Oneida School District Board of Education approved a $46.98 million budget by a vote of 419 yes to 223 no. The budget represents a $432,389 increase over the 2018-19 budget with a tax levy increase of 2.49 percent. Voters also approved a bus proposition 484 yes to 158 no.
Board of education memberHeather Denby received 413 votes, and incumbent board member Alicia Lippert received 181 votes.
Stockbridge Valley Central School
Residents of the Stockbridge Valley Central School District approved a $11.3 million budget for the 2019-20 school year by a vote of 113 yes to 27 no. The budget represents a 2.44 percent increase over the 2018-19 budget with a tax levy increase of 2.5 percent.
Board of education members Doug Reed received 99 votes and Niki Maiura received 75 for two 3-year term seats. Michael Gough received 80 votes.
Vernon-Verona-Sherrill Central School
Residents of the Vernon-Verona-Sherrill School District approved a $39.5 million budget for the 2019-20 school year by a vote of 318 yes to 144 no. The budget represents a 6.16 percent increase over the 2018-19 budget with a tax levy increase of 2.99 percent.
Board of education member Steve Adamkowski was re-elected with 428 votes.

Canastota Central School
Residents of the Canastota Central School District approved a $31.2 budget for the 2019-20 school year by a vote of 410 yes to 166 no. The budget represents a 3.29 percent increase over the 2018-19 budget with a tax levy increase of 3.42 percent. Voters also approved a bus proposition 451 yes to 122 no.
Board of education members Timothy Bazan received 429 votes; Loran Crosby received 441 votes; and Tracey Quinn received 445 votes.
Cazenovia Central School
Residents of the Cazenovia Central School District approved a $30.1 million budget for the 2019-20 school year by a vote of 400 yes to 83 no. The budget represents a 1.52 percent increase over the 2018-19 budget with a tax levy increase of 4.75 percent. Voters also approved a bus proposition 415 yes to 66 no; a dissolve reserve 375 yes to 102 no; and a public library proposition 402 yes to 80 no.
Board of education members Jennifer Parmalee received 287 votes and Kathy Hahn received 282 votes for two open seats. Kathleen Benedict received 267 votes.
Chittenango Central School
Residents of the Chittenango Central School District approved a $40 million budget for the 201920 school year by a vote of 368 yes to 68 no. The budget represents a 1.91 percent increase over the 2018-19 budget with a tax levy increase of 2 percent. Voters also approved a bus proposition 367 yes to 70 no.
Board of education members Phil Austin received 379 votes; Siuvhan Bongiovanni received 384 votes; and Dan Gibbons received 384 votes.
Camden Central School
Residents of the Camden Central School District approved a $52.56 million budget for the 2019-20 school year by a vote of 229 yes to 29 no. The budget represents a 0.46 percent increase over the 2018-19 budget with a tax levy increase of 2 percent.
Board of education members Anthony Gonzalez received 239 votes; Stewart Hatsinger received 245 votes; and Jesica Priveo received 230 votes.
Brookfield Central School
Residents of the Brookfield Central School District approved a $6.57 million budget for the 2019-20 school year by a vote of 89 yes to 21 no. The budget represents a 3.44 percent increase over the 2018-19 budget with a proposed tax levy increase of 3 percent.
Board of education member Jeffrey Beehm was reelected with 95 votes.
DeRuyter Central School
Residents of the DeRuyter Central School District approved a $10.8 million budget for the 201920 school year by a vote of 227 yes to 53 no. The budget represents a 3.42 increase over the 2018-19 budget with a tax levy increase of 7.54 percent. Voters also approved a bus proposition 220 yes to 60 no; a public library proposition 246 yes to 34 no; and a district-wide recreation program242 yes to 38 no.
Board of Educationmembers Dean Hathaway received 250 votes and Bradley Mierke received 230 votes. There were eight write-ins.
Hamilton Central School
Residents of the Hamilton Central School District approved a $13.21 million budget for the 2019-20 school year by a vote of 241 yes to 60 no. The budget represents a 1.99 percent increase over the 2018-19 budget with a tax levy increase of 2.84 percent. Voters also approved a bus proposition 231 yes to 69 no, and a public library proposition 243 yes to 56 no.
Board of education member Michelle Jacobsen was re-elected with 201 votes, and Jennifer Jones was elected with 228 votes. There were 31 write-in votes.
Morrisville-Eaton
