ROME, N.Y. >> During National Hospital Week, Rome MemorialHospital honored its Employees of the Year for clearly demonstrating customer service characteristics that enhance patient satisfaction and promote positive peer relationships.
President/Chief Executive OfficerDavid Lundquist praised the Employees of the Year for “their commitment to the hospital and going the extra mile for our patients and their co-workers each and every day.”
“The employees of Rome Memorial Hospital are a great team who believes in ourmission to provide quality healthcare with compassion,” he said. “Each of our Employees of the Year are leaders by example who have taken ownership within their areas of expertise to make the hospital a special place for each patient who puts their health care in our hands.”
Nominated by co-workers, patients, families or physicians, the Employees of the Year were honored for exemplary demonstration of the C.A.R.E. principles of Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.
