Brownlee, of Waverly, was charged in Wampsville for falsely reporting an incident to law enforcement. Tuesday, June 18: Karen M. Mason, 51, of Eaton, was charged in Eaton for second-degree possession of a forged instrument and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. Tuesday, June 18: Kenneth E. Fink, 52, of Munnsville, was charged in Wampsville for violating parole. Monday, June 17: Jacob W. Matzell, 18, of Chittenango, was charged in Chittenango for fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. Monday, June 17: Amel Rosic, 28, of Utica, was charged in Utica for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and operating a vehicle impaired by drugs.
