Tuesday, July 23: Michelle H. Ibbs, 56, of Canastota was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to dim lights.

Saturday, July 13: Melissa S. Whipple, 35, of Chittenango, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of marijuana, an equipment violation and failure to change address.

Tuesday, July 9: Scott E. Mackey, 42, of Canastota, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment.

Saturday, July 6: John W. Reese, 64, of Canastota, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Saturday, July 6: Jessica D. Davies, 25, of Oneida, was charged with seventh-degree criminal controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of a stimulant.

Friday, July 5: Eric D. Howe, 22, of Canastota, was charged with thirddegree criminal mischief.

Monday, July 1: Mirandia R. Tyszka-Baum, 18, of Kirkville, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree harassment.

petty larceny.
