Friday, Aug. 16: Nicholas L. Wallace Jr., 20, of Oneida, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and fourthdegree criminal mischief. Thursday, Aug. 15: An unnamed 13-year-old of Oneida was summoned to Madison County Probation regarding a charge of third-degree assault. Wednesday, Aug. 14: Michael E. Aldasch, 51, of Oneida, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Wednesday, Aug. 14: Melissa I. Brown, 30, of Rome, was arrested on a warrant for seconddegree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle without a license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
