Toddler Tuesday’s at Sherril-Kenwood Library

Sherrill — The SherrillKe­nwood Library Toddler Tuesday, 11-11:45 a.m. offers a chance to introduce children to all the library has to offer. Join the library for stories, songs, wiggles and giggles. The program will be held every Tuesday in September and October.

Scouting for Food

Oneida — The Oneida Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts are collecting food donations for those in need on Saturday, Nov. 9 from 9 to 11 a.m. in the city of Oneida. Donations needed include canned items such as vegetables, meats, chili, soups or juice, and baby formula, boxed or bagged meals and pasta. Donations should be in plastic bags and placed on doorsteps for pick-up. The items will be donated to local food pantries.

Baskets Galore Fundraiser

Oneida Castle — Holy Cross Academy is sponsoring Baskets Galore on Saturday Nov. 2 at the Verona Fire House, 5555 Volunteer

Ave in Verona. Doors will open at 4 p.m. for viewing, and raffle drawings for over 100 baskets will begin at 7 p.m. Admission is $5, and raffle tickets will be available for purchase. Refreshmen­ts will be sold and guests are also welcome to bring their own. Proceeds will benefit the school’s academic programs. For more informatio­n or to reserve a table, call 315-363-1669.

Pancake breakfast fundraiser

Munnsville — There will be a pancake fundraiser breakfast on Sunday, Nov. 10 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at SVCS cafeteria. The event will benefit the Stockbridg­e Valley Youth Sports. Adults will pay $8 and students will pay $5, children under 5 are free.
