Warrant: Shania M. Harmon, 24, of Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant on Jan. 24 alleging that she failed to appear on charges of unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.

Unlicensed driving: Matthew J. Fratello, 35, of Oneida, was arrested on Jan. 25 and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, operatingwith a suspended registration, and operating without insurance.

Unlicensed driving: Amanda L. Hopkins-Lawrence, 30, of Oneida, was arrested on Jan. 27 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Larceny: Sharayah C. Glynn, 30, of Oneida, was arrested on Jan. 27 and chargedwith petit larceny. She is accused of shoplifting at a local retail establishment.

Larceny: Sandra M. Cesarini, 22, of Canastota, was arrested on Jan. 28 and charged with petit larceny. She is accused of shoplifting at a local retail establishment.

Larceny: Gregory K. Williams, 30, of Morrisville, was arrested on Jan. 29 and charged with petit larceny. He is accused of shoplifting at a local retail establishment.

Unlicensed driving:Mariah H. Wheeler, 28, of Oneida, was arrested on Jan. 29 and charged with two counts of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation

False report: Charles E. Kampf, 39, of Oneida, was arrested on Jan. 29 and charged with providing a false written statement and making a false report. He had reported being robbed at knifepoint on Jan. 19 and this report was found to be untrue resulting in the listed charges.
