Oneida Police Department

Sex abuse: An 11-year-old male was summoned to Madison County Probation on Feb. 5regarding charges of second-degree sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

Unlicensed driving: Vernon E. Howe Jr., 57, of Oneida, was arrested on Feb. 7and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Warrant: Devin J. McDonald, 21, of Oneida, was arrested on Feb. 7 on an arrest warrant charging him with aggravated criminal contempt of a court order and thirddegree assault. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

Warrant: Steven J. Allen, 44, of Rome, was arrested on Feb. 7 on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on a criminal trespass charge. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

Larceny: Paul B. Genovese, 35, of Rome, was arrested on Feb. 8 and charged with petit larceny regarding an allegation that he shoplifted at a local business. He was also arrested on an arrest warrant for petit larceny regarding an unrelated allegation of shoplifting. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

Unlicensed driving: Austin T. Johnson, 30, of Oneida, was arrested on Feb. 8and charged with second- and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and three vehicle and traffic infractions. Warrant: William C. Hall, 30, of Rome, was arrested on Feb. 8on an arrest warrant charging him with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

Unlicensed driving: Roland N. Cropper III, 27, of Canastota, was arrested on Feb. 9and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Criminal mischief: Derek A. Casler, 22, of Oneida, was arrested on Feb. 10and charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

Drug possession: Casey P. Griffin, 30, of Oneida, was arrested on Feb. 11and charged with thirddegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and seconddegree criminal trespass.

Unlicensed driving: Dakota T. Blue wolf, 34, of Oneida, was arrested on Feb. 11and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Unlicensed driving: Kenneth A. Spade II, 40, of Oneida, was arrested on Feb. 11and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to notify DMV of an address change, operating an unlicensed taxi business, and unlicensed taxi driver.

Unlicensed driving: Brandon L. Hull, 21, of Oneida, was arrested on Feb. 12and charged with third--

degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Assault: Rafael J. Rodriquez, 26, of Oneida, was arrested on Feb. 12 and charged with seconddegree assault. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his

own recognizance.

Larceny: Sharayah C. Glynn, 30, of Oneida, was arrested on Feb. 12and charged with nine counts of petit larceny.

Criminal contempt: Jason M. Goncalves, 38, of Liverpool, was arrested on Feb. 13and charged with firstdegree criminal contempt. He was also arrested on six separate arrest warrants each charging him with first-degree criminal contempt and one additional arrest warrant charging him with firstdegree criminal contempt, second-degree harassment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded to the custody of the sheriff in lieu of $16,000cash or bond.
