People with dementia can lose their ability to use words and families need new ways to communicate. Join us to explore how communication takes place when someone has dementia and learn to decode the verbal and behavioral messages delivered by someone with dementia, and identify strategies to help you connect and communicate. Wampsville — The Madison County Board of Elections says if you wish to vote in the Canastota, Chittenango or Earlville Village Elections to be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, you must be registered by March 6th. Anyone who has moved since they last registered must re-register. Registration forms are available from the Madison County Board of Elections by calling 315-366-2231 or can be downloaded at www.madisoncounty.ny.gov/boe. Forms are also available at post offices, libraries, and town, city and village clerks offices.anyone wishing to vote by absentee ballot can call the Board of Elections at 315-366-2231 for an application, or download one at www.madisoncounty. ny.gov/boe or stop by the Board of Elections and fill out an application and vote in person. All absentee ballots must be postmarked by March 17, 2020 and received no later than 9 p.m. at the Board of Elections on March 18, 2020.
