Oneida Police Department December 3, 2020:

Holvin M. Capeles Jr., 34, of Canastota, was issued appearance tickets for improper license plates, uninspecte­d motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, unregister­ed motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation second- degree ( 3 + suspension­s on 3+ dates) and unlicensed operator. He was taken into custody on an active warrant through the New York State Police and turned over to them without incident.

Chyann M. Brown, 30, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.

Courtney R. Hall, 26, of Chittenang­o, was issued an appearance ticket for four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh- degree.

Meghan A. Miller, 18, of Canastota, was issued appearance tickets for no headlamps and four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance seventhdeg­ree.

Trisha L. Perkins, 33, of munnsville, was arrested on an arrest warrant for petit larceny. Shewas arraigned in the City of Oneida court and released on her own incognizan­ce.

December 4, 2020:

Terrence Theopolis Sloan, 57, of Rome, was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.

Chyanne R. Rich, 49, of Rome, was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.

December 5, 2020:

Olivario B. Maes, 41, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets for criminal trespass second- degree and criminal tampering thirddegre­e.

Steven D. Thurston, 19, of Oneida, was arrested on a county court bench warrant for failure to appear on the charges of criminal possession of a firearm, grand larceny fourth- degree ( firearm), grand larceny fourth- degree ( stolen motor vehicle), criminal possession of stolen property fourthdegr­ee ( vehicle), grand larceny fourth- degree ( credit card) and unauthoriz­ed use of a motor vehicle. He was transporte­d to madison County Jail to be held for arraignmen­t.

December 6, 2020:

Christophe­r J. Mudge, 37, of Oneida, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear on the charges of aggravated unlicensed operation first- degree ( felony), driving while intoxicate­d and circumvent­ing an ignition interlock device. He was transporte­d to Madison County Jail to be held for arraignmen­t.

December 7, 2020:

Benjamin E. Prawl, 27, of Oneida, was arrested for criminal contempt second- degree and criminal trespass second- degree. He was arraigned in the City of Oneida court and remanded to Madison County Jail in lieu of $ 1000 cash/$ 2000 bond.

Jack J. Weismore, 32, of Oneida, was arrested for two counts of aggravated harassment second- degree. Hewas arraigned in thecity of Oneida court and released on his own recognizan­ce.

December 9, 2020:

Beverly D. Stout, 35, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.

December 10, 2020:

William g. Coon, 38, of oneida, was arrested for harassment second- degree, aggravated harassment second- degree ( communicat­ing threats to member of same

family or household). He was arraigned in the City of Oneida court and released on his own recognizan­ce.

David L. Gallagher, 28, of Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal possession of stolen property ( motor vehicle) and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned in the City of Oneida court and released on his own recognizan­ce.

Wendy L. Crandall, 72, of Verona, was issued an appearance ticket for no/ inadequate lights and aggravated unlicensed operation thirddegre­e.

December 11, 2020:

Stephen P. Vanderwark­er, 27, of Oneida, was arrested for harassment second- degree ( physical contact) and endangerin­g the welfare of a child. Hewas arraigned in the City of Oneida court and released on his own recognizan­ce.

December 12, 2020:

Sara M. Coonrod, 31, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets for loud/ inadequate exhaust, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operation second- degree ( 3+ suspension­s on 3+ dates.)

December 13, 2020:

Danielle L. Payne, 20, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh- degree.

Michael A. Ellsworth, 26, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a vehicle with a suspended registrati­on.
