City clerk recognized on 2020 Municipal Clerks Honor Roll
The city of oneida announced that City Clerk Susan Pulverenti has been listed on the 2020 Municipal Clerks Honor Roll.
The Municipal Clerks Honor Roll is a recognition program hosted by General Code allowing municipal officials, private citizens, and fellow clerks to acknowledge and pay tribute to the municipal clerks who give so much to their communities every day, according to the program.
Pulverenti is one of 220 municipal clerks from 25 states, spanning from Maine to California, recognized this year for their hard work and dedication.
“Back in April, I recommended Susan Tiffin Pulverenti for this award. I was so thrilled to see that she is one of the chosen few throughout our country. An honor well deserved. Sue works very hard for the City of Oneida. She puts her heart and soul into her job,” Oneida Mayor Helen Acker said in a congratulatory Facebook post.
This honor roll programoriginally ran from2001 to 2010 and was later reintroduced in 2019 to coincide with the 50th Anniversary of Municipal Clerks Week, according to General Code.
A full list of 2020 honorees can be found on the General Code website. Another area clerk appearing on the honor roll list is Jill Doss, of Chittenango, NY municipality.
