A mother and daughter were a r re s ted a f ter t hey allegedly bit , spat at and scratched several people, including a club bouncer and a Delray Beach police officer, according to an arrest report.

Molly Ann Hanrahan, 25, of Boca Raton, and Ann Harvey, 62, of Delray Beach, were being escorted out of Honey Delray at 16 E. Atlan- tic Ave. early Sunday when they became “belligerent,” the report said. Hanrahan allegedly took a swing at the bouncer and, when she missed, spat at him twice and scratched his face.

When the club manager came over to assist, he was slapped and bitten by Harvey, Hanrahan’s mother, the report said. The bite left teeth marks on his left arm.

After being taken into custody, Hanrahan twice slipped out of her handcuffs, the report said. As Hanrahan was being placed in the back seat of a patrol car, she allegedly spat at an officer’s face.

Hanrahan faces charges of battery on an officer, battery and resisting arrest without violence. Hanrahan was released from the Palm Beach County Jail on Sunday after posting a $3,000 bond.

Harvey faces a charge of aggravated battery causing bodily harm or disabilit y and remains in jail in lieu of $3,000 bail.
