West Palm Beach man accused of running prostitution house
WEST PALM BEACH — A West Palm Beach man is facing charges that he ran a house of prostitution that charged customers $300 per hour, according to an arrest report.
Kenneth Klitsch, 50, i s facing charges of keeping a house of ill fame and living off the earnings of prostitution and was released from the Palm Beach County Jail on Tuesday after posting a $7,000 bond.
Klitsch was known to the women who worked at the establishment as “Daddy Rob” and “Boss,” the report said. The business is named “The All Girl Staff ” and was on property on Manchester Lane just beyond the southwest corner of Palm Beach International Airport that was formerly a house with a one-car garage.
Palm Beach County sheri f f ’s d e p u t i e s e x e c u t e d a s e a rc h warrant on t he house, near the intersection of Southern Boulevard and Military Trail, and found drugs, hundreds of condoms, an ATM, a stripper’s pole in one room and an undressed man in another, the report said.
During the search, a paper that listed the pricing for rooms was found. Customers were charged $250 for a halfhour session and $300 for an hour, with $60 going to the house manager and the rest kept by the woman working the room, the report said.
Deputies arrested Klitsch after he approached them stating he was the manager of the property and asking if he “could help in any way,” the report said.
