Jupiter foodies have choice of outdoor gatherings to try.

Jupiter residents are lucky; they have two outdoor marketplac­es they can go to on weekends.

At the Jupiter Farmers Market at the El Sol Neighborho­od Resource Center, visitors can buy French pastries, orchids, bromeliads, ribbon-wrapped sandals, handmade soaps, wind chimes, Guatemalan crafts, v e g g i e b u r g e r s , i mpo r t e d cheeses and more at the center on the southwest corner of Indiantown Road and Military Trail.

T h e market c a r r i e s o n l y locally grown, just-harvested fruits and vegetables. It is open Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through April.

The market a c c e pt s EBT cards. A portion of proceeds benefits El Sol.

The other outdoor event is the Green and Artisan Market at Harboursid­e Place, under the Indiantown Road bridge at the entertainm­ent center on the southwest corner of Indi- antown Road and U.S. 1. The event is on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
