Jensen Beach man dies after car hits tree

A 79-year-old Jensen Beach man died at a hospital after he drove his car into a tree Saturday morning.

Richard William Teetrick was driving a 2003 Mercedes-Benz Sable through a parking lot at 2400 NW Federal Highway when he had a possible medical issue, Florida Highway Patrol reported. His car was swerving through the parking lot when it jumped a curb and hit a tree. He was transported to Martin Memorial North where he died.
