Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict has been suspended twice for his actions on the field and often fined, but he had never been ejected from a game. Until Sunday.

Burfict was flagged for a late hit on Titans running back DeMarco Murray in the second quarter. Two plays later referee Jeff Triplette announced Burfict had made contact with an official. Replays showed Burfict shoving the left arm of down judge Jeff Bergman, who immediately threw a flag. Burfict took his time leaving the field, talking with fans, and finally jumping to high-five a fan before going into the locker room.

Burfict could face a fine and another suspension; he missed the first three games of this season and the first three games in 2016 due to NFL discipline.

Bills: Defensive end Jerry Hughes (shin) left in the second quarter of the loss to the Saints.

Bucs: Cornerback Vernon Hargreaves III (sore hamstring) exited in the second quarter of a loss to the Jets.
