Pulte Homes recently announced details regarding its upcoming information seminars for prospective buyers. The one-hour information sessions, which are scheduled to be held at the community on Dec. 2 in Palm Springs, are designed to provide prospective buyers with information about Preston Square, Pulte’s newest TO RSVP

“We have received strong interest in the community given its affordable price point in central Palm Beach County. We are holding the information sessions at the beginning of December to provide prospective buyers with key details regarding floor plans, pricing, special pre-grand opening incentives, and community amenities,” said Brent Baker, president of PulteGroup’s Southeast Florida division. “We will also have representatives of Pulte Mortgage on site to discuss the mortgage qualification process.”
According to Baker, potential buyers will also have the opportunity to tour the models under construction in addition to seeing virtual tours of decorated model units.
“We recognize that prospective buyers are eager to learn more about Preston Square and be among the first homeowners. The December information sessions and subsequent tours will provide buyers will the information they want,” said Baker.
Preston Square will feature Pulte’s newest consumer-in- spired townhomes. The two plans both feature three bedrooms and 2½ baths, and will have either a one- or two-car garage — depending on the unit selected. The community will offer an amenity campus with a pool, cabana, and fitness trails.
