Monday is Christmas.

Government: Federal and state offices, banks and post offices are closed Monday. County offices in Palm Beach and Martin counties are closed Monday and Tuesday. St. Lucie County offices were closed Monday after being closed Friday. Municipal offices that were closed Friday and will be closed Monday include Boynton Beach, Glen Ridge, Highland Beach, Lake Park, Port

St. Lucie and South Palm Beach. Wellington offices closed at noon Friday and remain closed through Monday.

Offices closed Monday include Atlantis, Boca Raton, Gulf Stream, Juno Beach, Lantana, Pahokee, Ocean Ridge, Royal Palm Beach and Stuart.

Municipal offices closed Monday and Tuesday include Belle

Glade, Cloud Lake, Fort Pierce, Greenacres, Haverhill, Jupiter,

Lake Clarke Shores, Lake Worth, Loxahatche­e Groves, Manalapan, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Palm Springs, South Bay and Tequesta.

Libraries: Palm Beach and Martin County library systems are closed Monday and Tuesday. In St. Lucie County, libraries were closed Friday through Monday.

Transporta­tion: There is no Palm Tran bus service Monday, and Tri-Rail will operate on a weekend schedule.

Garbage: There are no pickups on Monday.

Customers in unincorpor­ated Palm Beach County and Greenacres, Jupiter, Lake Worth, Lantana, North Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, Royal Palm Beach, South Palm Beach, Tequesta, West Palm Beach will have their garbage picked up on their next regularly scheduled day. Monday pickups will be Tuesdayv in Highland Beach, Lake Park and Manalapan.

On the Treasure Coast, Martin County residents will have their garbage pickups delayed a day.

St. Lucie County residents will have their garbage picked up on their next regularly scheduled day.
