Valentine’s Day dining choices abound

Valentine’s Day is made for dining out. Whether you want to spoil your sweetie or feast with a friend, here’s a list of indulgewor­thy options.

(These specials are available on Valentine’s Day unless otherwise indicated.)

North IRONWOOD STEAK & SEAFOOD

The three-course prix fixe feast includes Florida stone crab, oysters Rockefelle­r, Chilean sea bass, Kona-crusted veal chop, and desserts such as strawberry delice with pistachio jaconde. Cost is $175 and includes house Champagne. Offered from 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesday.

BRICK & BARREL

Starting at 6:30 p.m. guests will enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu featuring beef Wellington, seared scallops and cauliflowe­r and corn risotto. Dessert is a chocolate fondue for two with seasonal fruits and breads. Cost is $55 per person and includes unlimited glasses of sparkling rosé. Two seatings are available at 6:30 and 8:30 p.m.

THE PARCHED PIG

Couples will enjoy two glasses of Champagne and a half dozen oysters for $20. Offered from 4 p.m. to close.

VIC & ANGELO’S

The three-course prix fixe meal includes long-stem artichoke fritte, tuna crudo, wildberrry salad, lamb shank, foie gras truffle ravioli. Desserts include carrot cake and pink cheesecake. Regular menu is also available. Served from 3 to 10 p.m. for $65 per person and includes a split of prosecco.

PROSECCO CAFÉ

The special menu has such entrées as crabcakes goat cheese croquettes, short rib gnocchi and desserts such as crème brûlée cheesecake and chocolate hazelnut cake. Served from 5 to 10 p.m. at $39 per person.

SPOTO’S OYSTER BAR

Between 4 and 10 p.m., couples may swoon over specials such as twin Maine lobster tails served with coconut jasmine rice and grilled asparagus plus chocolate decadent cake and prosecco. Prices vary.

Central CHEZ L’EPICIER

Valentine’s Day specials include roasted scallops with garden fresh peas, Dover sole with Duchess potato puree and cognac spaghetti flambéed inside a hollowed-out wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano. Dessert choices include a housemade brownie with fresh berries served with raspberry sorbet and a Brie cheese fondue with apple compote. Prices vary.

From 6 to 10 p.m. guests will enjoy a three-course prix fixe dinner with choices such as filet mignon, red grouper with green coconut Thai curry and desserts selections of chocolate opera cake with vanilla gelato or crème brûlée. Cost is $55 and includes a glass of wine with each course.

GALLEY

At Galley, inside the Hilton Palm Beach, guests will enjoy a three-course prix fixe dinner. Choices on the menu include lobster bisque, filet mignon, a Tomahawk steak for two and pan-fired fish. Dessert selections include flourless chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream or an oven-baked cookie served with chocolate fudge and dulce de leche gelato. Served from 5 to 10 p.m. for $80 per person and includes a bottle of Champagne and a rose.

SARDINIA ENOTECA RISTORANTE

Guests will enjoy a fourcourse prix fixe dinner for $95 per person. Menu highlights include tuna tartare, spaghetti lobster, fettuccine with deconstruc­ted veal shank and jumbo shrimp with lemon roasted eggplant. Dessert choices include panna cotta served with wild berries or chocolate cake with fresh strawberri­es. The special menu will be offered Wednesday and Thursday. The restaurant’s regular menu will also be available.
