President Donald Trump listed nine businesses in
Palm Beach County on personal financial disclosure forms, which the president filed with the U.S. Office of Government Ethics in June 2017.
Mar-a-Lago Club: Private club created in 1995. Opulent estate was built by cereal heiress Marjory Merriweather Post in1928 and purchased by Trump in 1985.
Trump International Golf Club: Private golf club just west of West Palm Beach. The club is adjacent to the Palm Beach County Jail and on land Trump has leased from the county.
Trump National Golf Club Jupiter: The club, with an 18-hole course designed by Jack Nicklaus, opened in 2002 as the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa. Trump bought it in 2012 for $5 million and recently settled a lawsuit with club members.
TNGC Jupiter Management LLC: Created in 2014. Donald J. Trump Jr. is president of the company. Allen Weisselberg, a Trump business executive, is treasurer.
DT Venture I, LLC and DTW Venture, LLC: President-elect Trump created these two companies with his son Eric Trump 2½ weeks before his inauguration and deeded two homes just north of Mar-a-Lago to the companies on Jan. 17, 2017 — three days before his inauguration.
DT Connect II, LLC: Created in 2014 and headed by Trump’s sons Eric and Donald Trump Jr. According to the Wall Street Journal, the company owns a Trump helicopter. DT Endeavor I, LLC: Created in January 2017. According to the Wall Street Journal, this company owns Trump’s private Cessna jet.
TW Venture I, LLC: Created in 2013 and headed by Eric and Donald Trump Jr. The purpose of the company is “transportation services,” according to Trump disclosure forms.
