Spazmatics, egg hunt highlight weekend

Two free events will take place this weekend at Downtown at the Gardens, 11701 Lake Victoria Gardens Ave. The first will be a Spazmatics concert from 6 to 9 p.m. today. This nerd-themed, ’80s-loving cover band will get fans on their feet with hits that range from Prince’s “Let’s Go Crazy” and A-Ha’s “Take on Me” to Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believing.” The fun continues Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with an Easter Bash, which will feature an Easter egg hunt, a chalk artist, festive stilt walkers, D J dance party and a strolling juggler.
