Coyo Taco scheduled to open next week

Two of the final three Royal Poinciana Plaza businesses are set to open before the end of the month. Nail Lab could be open by the end of the week, and the long-awaited Coyo Taco will make its debut Thursday after an invite-only event earlier in the week. Luxury fashion and lifestyle boutique Collective and Fritz Gallery both opened last week. The final business in the plaza will be 100% Capri, a store that will sell clothes made of luxury Italian linen for men and women.

Nail Lab, a business designed specifically for the space in the Royal Poinciana Plaza, is a spa designed for women on the go to get quick services. Coyo Taco will round out the food offerings of the plaza with a grab-and-go restaurant that’s different than many of the other offerings in the area. The business has two locations in MiamiDade County, but this will be the first foray north into Palm Beach.
