WGI, a multidisciplinary consulting firm, has added Shelley
Saunders to the firm’s Landscape Architecture Division as manager of development services in its West Palm Beach office. Saunders has more than 14 years of management experience in hospitality. She has also assumed leadership roles in projects related to acquisition, development, construction, renovation and disposition.
The Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience (MPFI)
has added Yingxue Wang, Ph.D., as its new research group leader. Wang will lead the Neuronal Mechanisms of Episodic Memory Research Group. She will also conduct studies of the brain circuitry, specifically the ability to remember and how the brain links past experiences in the present.

First Bank of the Palm Beaches has hired Tenchi Rodriguez as senior loan officer. Rodriguez began her mortgage career in 1994. She has an extensive background in consumer and residential lending, and specializes in mortgages for first-time home buyers, FHA, VA, conventional, condominium and jumbo loans.
Global Trust Asset Management, LLC has added Paul J. Abbott as wealth manager. Abbott brings six years of experience in the financial services industry, and he will be responsible for helping clients develop personalized investment management solutions. He was named to “America’s Top 500 Next-Generation Wealth Advisors” by Forbes magazine in July 2017.
