IT’S A BOY!

Royal lovers worldwide welcome little prince

Britain’s new little prince is here — and he’s not so little. At 8 pounds, 7 ounces, the newborn Prince of Cambridge is heftier than both his siblings, and he’s the biggest royal

baby to be born in more than 100 years, according to the Daily Mail. He’s a full pound bigger than the average-sized newborn in the United Kingdom.

The world probably won’t know the name of the little prince for a couple of days. That’s how long it took for the official announcement of big brother Prince George’s full name — George Alexander Louis — and of Princess Charlotte’s full name — Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.

Top names in the royal running: Arthur, Albert and Philip. A friend of mine joked that parents William and Kate should pull a Hollywood trick and name their son “King” — since he’s fifth in line to the throne and probably will never actually be king.

Fifty years from now, the world might even forget that this little guy once caused such a global stir.

Who hears from Prince Andrew these days? He was the No. 3 c hild of Queen Elizabeth and the second boy. But he’s been out of the news until recently, when the Express newspaper commented on how “strange” the relationship is between Andrew, 58, and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, 58.

They’ve been divorced for 20 years, but it’s believed they still live together at the Royal Lodge in Windsor.

Fergie often posts pictures of Andrew on her Instagram, the Express claims.

All of this is good news for Princess Charlotte, in, again, a “strange” way.

Here’s why: Let’s face it, if Andrew were never married to Fergie, no one would be talking about him at all.

It’s the royal women who add spice to the royal family — and they certainly have the best clothes.

Charlotte is now stuck in the middle between two boys. So, experts say, she’ll stand out and take on the leadership qualities of a first -born child … because she’s the only girl.

So far, that is.
