Menu: Crispy grouper tacos with sweet chile slaw and avocado crema; cedar plank roasted salmon with honey-grain mustard glaze; coriander encrusted tuna with tropical fried rice; tilapia in parchment paper with citrus-herb butter and fennel. $50.

The Art of the Wok,

6 p.m., Tuesday. The ability to have one pot to cook everything is the essence of the wok. From blanching and steaming, to stir-fry and deep fry, this versatile cooking vessel can do it all.
