■ Twenty years of law enforcemen­t experience; leads Boynton police’s Uniform Services Division and is as an adjunct instructor at Palm Beach State College. He has worked at Boynton police since 2001 and previously worked for New York City police.

■ Has a master’s degree in leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a bachelor’s degree in police studies from John Jay College.

■ Thirty-three years of law enforcemen­t experience; most recently served as the police chief from 2013 to 2018 in Framingham, Mass. He started there in

1987.

■ Has a master’s degree in public administra­tion from Framingham State University and master’s and bachelor’s

degrees in criminal justice administra­tion from Western New England College.

■ Thirty years of law enforcemen­t experience and is an assistant police chief in Fort Lauderdale, leading the Support Services Bureau. He started at the department in 1987.

■ Has a master’s degree in public administra­tion from Florida Internatio­nal University, a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Florida Atlanta University and an associate degree in criminal justice from Broward Community College.

■ Is a member of the Internatio­nal Associatio­n of Chiefs of Police, Police Executive Research Forum, National Organizati­on of Black Law Enforcemen­t Executives, Florida Police Chiefs Associatio­n, American Society of Public Administra­tors and the National Forum of Black Public Administra­tors.
