Pulte Active Adult is making every buyer at Boca Flores eligible for a complimentary membership at the prestigious Boca Lago Country Club, site of this new 55-plus residential community. The builder will pay full dues for a two-year membership for anyone who purchases a select carriage home or villa.

The gated community will have a resort-style pool, cabana, walking trails, passive park, and on-site security. The 130 residences range from 1,542-2,520 square feet. Each second-story home in a carriage house has a private elevator standard. Prices start at $375,990.
The one-story Serenity has two or three bedrooms, two baths, a two-car garage and 1,542 square feet. A third room can be used for guests. The floor plan features a large dining/gathering room that overlooks a lanai with kitchen preparation area and privacy wall. The owner’s bath has two sinks and a shower seat.
In the carriage home, the first-floor Pompano has two bedrooms, two bath, a twocar garage and 1,914 square feet. A flex room can be used as a den or a visitor bedroom.
