WGI, a multidisci­plinary consulting firm, has hired Kenneth Buchanan, Jay Scagliola and Jim Sullivan to join its West Palm Beach Office. Buchanan joined the firm’s Geospatial Services Division as a senior project manager. He is a registered land surveyor in Missouri and Arkansas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management from Missouri State University. Buchanan is an active member of the National Society of Profession­al Surveyors.

Scagliola joined the firm’s Subsurface Utility Division as a senior project manager. He has over 45 years of survey experience throughout the state of Florida. Scagliola is a registered profession­al surveyor and mapper in Florida and a graduate of the survey program at Palm Beach State College. He is an active member of the Florida Survey & Mapping Society.

Sullivan joined the firm’s Geospatial Services Division as a senior project manager. He has over 20 years of experience with specific expertise in roadway, land developmen­t, utilities and laser scanning. He is a licensed surveyor in the states of Florida, Ohio, Louisiana, North Carolina and Texas and holds a bachelor’s degree in surveying and mapping from East Tennessee State University and a technical engineerin­g specialist certificat­e from the Army. He is an active member of the Florida Surveying & Mapping Society, National Society of Profession­al Surveyors, Society of American Military Engineers and Florida Atlantic University’s Geomatics Engineerin­g Program Advisory Council.
