WGI, a multidisciplinary consulting firm, has hired Kenneth Buchanan, Jay Scagliola and Jim Sullivan to join its West Palm Beach Office. Buchanan joined the firm’s Geospatial Services Division as a senior project manager. He is a registered land surveyor in Missouri and Arkansas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management from Missouri State University. Buchanan is an active member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors.
Scagliola joined the firm’s Subsurface Utility Division as a senior project manager. He has over 45 years of survey experience throughout the state of Florida. Scagliola is a registered professional surveyor and mapper in Florida and a graduate of the survey program at Palm Beach State College. He is an active member of the Florida Survey & Mapping Society.
Sullivan joined the firm’s Geospatial Services Division as a senior project manager. He has over 20 years of experience with specific expertise in roadway, land development, utilities and laser scanning. He is a licensed surveyor in the states of Florida, Ohio, Louisiana, North Carolina and Texas and holds a bachelor’s degree in surveying and mapping from East Tennessee State University and a technical engineering specialist certificate from the Army. He is an active member of the Florida Surveying & Mapping Society, National Society of Professional Surveyors, Society of American Military Engineers and Florida Atlantic University’s Geomatics Engineering Program Advisory Council.
