Dog day of summer: Bring your pooch to Royal Palm Beach’s Woofapaloo­za, which begins at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Bark Park at Commons Park, 11600 Poinciana Blvd. The free event includes vendors with informatio­n about dog grooming and training. The $29 ticket includes a three-course meal that begins at 6:45 p.m. and then the show at 8 p.m. The first course will be a drunken Mexican shrimp taco salad, the second course is mojo pulled-pork enchiladas with creamy green chile sauce and the third course is Mexican chocolate chunk bread pudding with mint chocolate Kahlua creme anglaise.
