Pastor accused of taking photo up dress
A former Church of Christ pastor is accused of taking unsolicited photos of a parishioner while she was in his office with her children.
Volusia County Sheriff’s spokesman Andrew Gant tells The Daytona Beach News-Journal that 31-yearold Brian “Rick” Kenyon Jr. was arrested Thursday afternoon. He’s charged with video voyeurism.
The 41-year-old woman reported the incident to the sheriff ’s office on April 24. She told investigators that it happened on April 8 when she attended a service at the Church of Christ of Deltona.
An arrest report says that when she did, she felt skin against her leg as she put her child in a car seat. She turned and saw Kenyon holding his cellphone.
Gant said Kenyon has been “removed” from the church.
Jail records don’t list a lawyer. a World Cup game.
Prosecutors say Victor Emanuel Brown didn’t have a concealed-carry license and would have been charged with killing Strada had he survived.
Seminole County Sheriff ’s investigators say Brown and Jorge Vega-Rosado were fighting early Sunday in Lake Mary. They say Brown fired and missed his target, striking Strada in the eye. Vega-Rosada then fired several shots, killing Brown. They say he won’t be charged because he fired in self-defense.
The deputies involved were Joshua Berrios and Dannett Brennan. Neither was injured.
