WELLINGTON — The Mall at Wellington Green has named the second winner of its Battle of the Pop-Up contest.

Simplicity in Mind, West Palm Beach-based entre- preneur Rachel Calvelli’s entry in the competition, will receive a rent-free space for six months and other perks, the mall announced Wednesday in a news release.

The store will open on the upper level near Paragon Theater on Nov. 1 — just in time for the busy holiday shopping season.

“I am beyond grateful for this opportunity provided by The Mall at Wellington Green,” Calvelli said. “I am very excited to introduce my products to new clients during the upcoming holiday season and to begin build- ing a strong community base here in Wellington.”

Calvelli has two stores in West Palm Beach and an online storefront, where she sells women’s clothing, accessories, skincare and home furnishings. Her products come from the U.S. and international small busi- nesses.

The mall will provide Calvelli with use of existing mall or store fixtures and free utilities, plus a $500 merchandising package that includes interior signs, table displays and graphic-design services.

“We love the concept and products at Simplicity in Mind,” mall Marketing Direc- tor Rachelle Crain said. “We can’t wait to have Rachel offering her fantastic products to local residents.”

The first Battle of the Pop-Up winner, Cute Now Baby Gear, opened in June in the mall’s common area near the children’s play space and will be there through October.
