Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, announced that Melissa S. Haluska and Mauricio J. Vaca have joined the firm’s West Palm Beach office as attorneys. Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Haluska served as an associate attorney in an estate planning & elder law firm. She earned her associate’s degree in nursing from Indian River State College and her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Florida Atlantic University. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law. Haluska is admitted to practice law in Florida.
Prior to joining Kelly Kronenberg, Vaca was an associate attorney for a statewide corporate defense law firm where he gained extensive experience litigating general liability, commercial and complex litigation matters. He has handled litigation torts, products liability, wrongful death, commercial vehicle, contract, asbestos and toxic tort matters. Vaca earned his bachelor’s degree in international relations, with honors, with a minor in sociology from Florida International University and his juris doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Estate has appointed Brian Cich as chief operating officer. As COO, he will oversee all operations and development projects nationwide, in addition to helping create and manage Rendina’s strategic initiatives and partnerships. In addition to his role as COO, Cich organizes many of Rendina’s philanthropic and charitable endeavors in his role on the Rendina Cares Committee. He has been active in missions to Haiti and in the local area. Rendina currently serves on the board of directors of Jupiter Christian School, MyClinic and the Abacoa Property Owners’ Assembly.
