Construction has begun on a new amenity center at Del Webb Tradition, just a few months after the much-anticipated active-adult community opened to the public. This new development, in Port St. Lucie — on Florida’s Treasure Coast, will offer 900 villas and single-family homes exclusively designed for today’s baby boomer. Del Webb has been a leader in active-adult communities for more than 60 years.
The amenity campus will include a 14,000-square-foot Key West-style clubhouse with a fitness center that includes state-of-the-art equipment; an exercise studio for classes such as yoga, aerobics and Pilates; locker rooms; and multi-purpose rooms. The outdoor area will include a resort-style pool with integrated lap lanes; a barefoot bar; bocce, pickleball and tennis courts; gathering areas; a dog park; and walking trails.
A full-time lifestyle director will be based at the amenity center to help plan activities, outings, organize clubs and more. While the amenity campus is not slated to open until late 2019, the community lifestyle director is already on staff, working to organize activities for the first homebuyers who will move into the community within the next few months.

Altogether, Del Webb Tradition offers five single-family floor plans ranging in size from 1,671 square feet to 2,589 square feet. Prices start at $252,990 for the single-family homes. In addition to the single-family plans, Del Webb Tradition features one attached villa home design, the Cressida, which starts at $222,990.
