Buddy is an older boy who is young at heart

Buddy is an older boy but is young at heart. His elderly owner just passed away but Buddy has adjusted well in his foster home with 3 other dogs. He loves being petted and all the attention he is receiving from his foster mom. Buddy is a 10 year old Cocker SpanielMix and would do best as an only dog or with non dominant dogs.
