Cops: Student brought gun to school property.

PHOENIXVILLE» Police have arrested an 18-year-old student after he allegedly brought an unloaded shotgun on school property.

According Phoenixville Police, an 18-yearold Phoenixville Area High School student from Schuylkill Township has been charged after an unloaded shotgun was found in the back of the student’s truck by school officials on Sept. 7 at around 10:15 p.m.

The student, who was not immediately identified by authorities, was sent to Chester County Prison after failing to post $500,000 bail.
