The Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home Inc. located at the corner of Main St. at Fifth Ave. in Phoenixville has been serving families for over 100 years. “Today many people have questions about funerals, cremations, prearranging services for loved ones who are going into nursing facilities etc.” states Josh Klotzbach, Supervisor of the Phoenixville Location. “We are here to answer those questions, and give people the assistance they need. Some people just need to get some comfort level in their own minds, others want to put things in writing down to the smallest detail, what ever the person needs we welcome the opportunity to direct them how to best accomplish it.”

There are four licensed funeral directors on staff, Joshua T. Klotzbach, F.D. Supervisor, Damian M. Petaccio, F.D., William E. Harner IV, F.D., and Andrew M. Klotzbach F.D. There are additional staff who are also available daily to assist families as well. In addition to serving a family during the actual funeral, there are many other things which we do to assist them. We process the Veteran’s paperwork including requesting the free death certificates from the state, which a Veteran’s family is entitled to. We will notify insurance companies, request the proper claim forms, complete them and submit them via Federal Express at no cost to the family. We will order the engraving on the cemetery markers and provide a proper war marker with a flag for the burial site. These are just a few of the things which we consider part of our “Aftercare” process which we provide at no additional cost.
