Plymouth School Board meets on Tuesday

The Plymouth School board is scheduled to meet for their final meeting of 2020 on Tuesday, Dec. 1 at 7 p.m.

below are the strictions included in the agenda for attending the meeting in-person or accessing through Zoom.

“Please note that in response to all recommenda­tions of the CDC and the

State of Indiana regarding public meetings and gatherings, the Plymouth Community School Corporatio­n board of Trustees meeting site will only be open with limited public space due to social distancing guidelines. Those who would like to attend in person should email Robin

Davidson by 10 a.m. on Dec. 1 at rdavidson@plymouth.k12. in.us to reserve a seat.

For public comment pertaining to the agenda, please email Superinten­dent Andy Hartley at ahartley@ plymouth. k12. in.us. This meeting is a meeting for the purpose of conducting the School Corporatio­n’s business and is not to be considered a public community meeting.”

Among other agenda items, the board will be hearing a school improvemen­t plan for PHS.

They will also consider revisions to classified conditions of employment and wage increase; year end resolution­s to transfer funds and prewrite checks, ratificati­on of the superinten­dent’s emergency actions; and the 2020-2021 calendar updates.

The board is expected meeting dates for 2021.
