• Peter James Deegan, 43, Tower, MN, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 4 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with sex offender registration violation, failure to appear•misdemeanor, three counts of failure to appear•fines and cost, failure to appear•probation violation. No bond.

• Chad Everett Hickey, 36, Bremen, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 5 by the Bremen Police Department and charged with possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, criminal trespass. Bond set at $2,010.

• Samuel Thomas Ford, 54, Plymouth, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 6 by the Plymouth Police Department and charged with fraud – credit card. Bond set at $1,505.

• Breann Nicole Mayea, 28, Plymouth, was arrested at 9:23 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 6 by the Plymouth Police Department and charged with public intoxication by alcohol, resisting law enforcement. Bond set at $755.
