• Courtney Lynn Hollett, 26, argos, was arrested at 3:03 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 7 by the argos Police Department and charged with two counts of manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond set at $50,005.
• William Lenord Brady Jr., 36, Walkerton, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 7 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with dealing a schedule I,II, or III controlled substance, dealing marijuana/ hashish/salvia. Bond set at $20,005.
• Melissa ann Hite, 32, Bourbon, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 7 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with failure to appear – civil, two counts of possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond set at $3,160.
• Shawn Oliver Cretcher, 36, Bourbon, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 7 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with two counts of manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond set at $50,005.
• Amy Rae Fansler, 47, Lakeville, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 7 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with failure to appear •civil, possession of methamphetamine, manufacturing/ dealing methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. No bond.
• Shawn Brent Fansler, 48, Lakeville, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 7 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. No bond.
