• Justin Paul Sanders, 29, Bremen, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on Friday, March 5 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with failure to appear-felony, failure to appear-fines and cost, failure to appear-probation violation, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule I, II, III, IV, V controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. • Coey James Raymond Thompson, 26, Bremen, was arrested at 7:31 p.m. on Friday, March 5 by the Bremen Police Department and charged with two counts of manufacture/dealing methamphetamine. Bond set at $25,005.

• Joshua Lee Smith, 21, South Bend, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Saturday, March 6 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with theft-vehicle, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, resisting law enforcement, operating without ever obtaining license. Bond set at $10,005.

• Chrissa ann Weiss, 37, Plymouth, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 6 by the Plymouth Police Department and charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication by alcohol. Bond set at $255.

• Kevin Daniel Walters, 32, Plymouth, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 6 by the Plymouth Public Library and charged with domestic battery-bodily injury to pregnant family or member, strangulation. Bond set at $1,505.

• Nicholas austin Charters, 25, Rochester, was arrested at 3:25 a.m. on Sunday, March 7 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with battery-moderate bodily injury, failure to give notice-accident. Bond set at $1,505.

• Hunter Ray Lane, 25, Nappanee, was arrested at 3:55 a.m. on Sunday, March 7 by the Bremen Police Department and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond set at $1,505.

• Donald Delbert Gilbert, 44, Monterey, was arrested at 5:20 a.m. on Sunday, March 7 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with failure to appear-misdemeanor. No bond.

• Guadalupe Garcia Solis, 23, Plymouth, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on Sunday, March 7 by the Plymouth Police Department and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangering a person, leaving the scene of a crash-injury crash, operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. Bond set at $1,505.

• John Eric Stockberger, 52, Monterey, was arrested at 8:36 p.m. on Sunday, March 7 by the Bremen Police Department and charged with possession of handgun without license, operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more, possession of hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond set at $1,505.
