#3 Ancilla blitzes Glen Oaks

PLYMOUTH — Third-ranked Ancilla College hit five three-point shots in the first five minutes and were never threatened as they beat Glen Oaks Community College 136-67 in a Michigan Community College Athletic Associatio­n contest Tuesday night. The Chargers (8-0, 5-0) led 62-36 at halftime.

The hosts placed seven players in double figures. Keith Rupert came off the bench to lead all scorers with 23 points. Brock Cosey had 16 points with a perfect 6-6 shooting night that included four three-pointers. Cortney Shorter, Jalen Fountain, and Brady Powers had 15 points each, with Jakylen Thomas scoring 14 and Caleb Brown adding 11.
