• Thomas Devon Skibbe, 48, Knox, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, June 14 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with theft-prior unrelated conviction for theft or conversion. No bond.

• Darrell Scott Miller, 39, Mentone, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on Monday, June 14 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with intimidation. Bond set at $5,005.

• Nicholas David Belisle, 24, Plymouth, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on Monday, June 14 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with domestic battery-deadly weapon. Bond set at $1,505.

• Benjamin Levi Lawless, 32, Plymouth, was arrested at 6:14 p.m. on Monday, June 14 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with domestic battery-simple assault. Bond set at $505.

• Owen Douglas Massing, 39, Bremen, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on Monday, June 14 by the Bremen Police Department and charged with failure to appear-civil, three counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule I, II, III, IV, V controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, three counts of possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond set at $10,155.

• William Michael Ross, 66, Galveston, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on Monday, June 14 by the Indiana State Police and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person. Bond set at $1,505.
