SATURDAY, MAY 14

• The Maxinkucke­e Players will be holding auditions for their 2022 production of “The Sound of Music”. Auditions will be held at the Culver Community High School on Saturday, May 14th from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST and Sunday, May 15th from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm EST. Those auditionin­g should come prepared to sing an audition song of your choice and read lines from the provided scripts for your audition. • Link to Hope will be hosting a biscuits and gravy breakfast fundraiser at the Plymouth Farmers Market on Saturday, May 14 from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Proceeds go to serving those in need throughout Marshall County with rent, utilities, and other approved assistance.

SUNDAY, MAY 15

• The Knights of Columbus, located at 901 E. Jefferson Street in Plymouth, are holding an All You Can Eat breakfast from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Dine-in breakfast includes: regular and blueberry pancakes, french toast, sausage, eggs, coffee, orange juice, milk, and tomato juice. Carry-outs are available. Drive-thru menu includes: 3 regular pancakes, 4 sausage links or patties, scrambled eggs, 1 syrup packet. Proceeds go toward local charitites and churches. • Kiwanis of Plymouth meets every Tuesday at noon at Opies Deli, 114 N. Michigan Street in Plymouth. We are an organizati­on of volunteers dedicated to improving the world, one child and one community at a time. We support several children’s charities in our community. Come and hear our weekly speakers from business owners to local children’s programs.

• “Who Gets the Fine China?” Kristi Ritter, Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), will be at Marshall County Council on Aging/life Enrichment Center, 1305 W. Harrison St., Plymouth, to discuss leaving a legacy for your children and leaving a will. These are two completely different things. She will help you know what to expect as you age and dig into preparing an Informatio­n for Life Kit. Don’t miss this opportunit­y to learn more about how to leave the best gift you can leave your loved ones. Snacks will be served. • Let’s play BINGO AND have an Ice Cream Social. What a combinatio­n! Members of the National Honor Society at Plymouth High School will host this free event at 5:30 p.m. at Marshall County Council on Aging/life Enrichment Center, 1305 W. Harrison St., Plymouth, IN. WEDNESDAY, MAY 18

• Lincoln Jr. High will be putting on the musical “Mary Poppins, Jr.” on May 18, 19, 20 at 7 p.m. and on May 21 at 3 p.m. Tickets are $5 and go on sale on May 9. They can be purchased in the front office of the school.

• The Class of 1958 is having their luncheon the month of May at the Lapaz Diner, corner

of 31 and 6. The time is 11:30 a.m. That is each Wednesday on May 18, and 25. If you have a question call: Marilee 574-914-1878. If you need a ride, call.

THURSDAY, MAY 19

• The American Red Cross is holding a blood drive at Argos United Methodist Church, located at 540 N. Michigan Street. It will be from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Appointmen­ts are needed. Blood is the most common type of donation, during which approximat­ely a pint of ‘whole blood’ is given. This type of blood donation usually takes about an hour. A Power Red donation collects the red cells but returns most of the plasma and platelets to the donor. These donors must meet specific eligibilit­y requiremen­ts and have type A, Neg, B Neg, or O blood. Schedule online or call 1-800-RED CROSS.
