PSP-Punxsy

• Police responded to a one-vehicle crash at 2:57 p.m. June 21 on Ridge Road in Burnside Township, Clearfield County. A 2021 Jeep Wrangler was stopped while delivering mail when a 2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser struck it from behind. The driver of the first vehicle was transporte­d for treatment of unknown injuries. The driver of the second was cited for speeding.

• Police are investigat­ing a report of criminal mischief at 1:33 a.m. June 5 on Jackson Run Road in Gaskill Township, Jefferson County. Unknown actors broke several windows and a glass door at Pleasant Grove Presbyteri­an Church.

• Police responded to a domestic altercatio­n at 2:29 a.m. June 17 on Pleasant Hill Road in Knox Township, Jefferson County. One of the parties was arrested for simple assault, and the other was cited for harassment.

• Police are investigat­ing a burglary that occurred on an undetermin­ed date within the last 30 days on

East Main Street in Big Run. A red 2017 Yamaha 750cc motorcycle was removed from a shed by unknown actor(s). Anyone with informatio­n is asked to contact PSP-Punxsy at 814-938-0510.

PSP-DuBois

• Police held a sobriety checkpoint in their patrol area on June 18. Four DUI arrests were made. Multiple summary violations were observed, and 13 citations were issued.

• Police are investigat­ing a report of criminal mischief between 2 p.m. June 19 and 3 p.m. June 22 on North Main Street in Falls Creek. The victim’s windshield sustained damage from what appeared to be a BB gun.

• Police are investigat­ing a theft between 6 p.m. June 12 and 9 a.m. June 25 on Bark Camp road in Huston Township,

Clearfield County. Police received a report of an abandoned motorcycle. It had been located at the site of another theft of a green/ yellow YardMan riding lawn tractor. The motorcycle was discovered to have been stolen as well. Items were obtained from it to test for DNA.

• Police are investigat­ing a theft at 3 p.m. June 24 on Richardsvi­lle Road in Polk Township, Jefferson County. A pale pink purse was removed outside the location. It contained an Android Tracfone, Social Security card, $300 in cash and seven miscellane­ous credit cards. Anyone with informatio­n is asked to contact PSP-DuBois at 814-371-4652.

• Police responded to a possible burglary at 3:17 p.m. June 25 on Route 28 in Snyder Township, Jefferson County. A suspect was taken into custody, and drug parapherna­lia was observed in plain view.

• Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at 10:35 a.m. June 23 on Interstate 80 in Pine Creek Township, Jefferson County. A 2016 Buick Envision struck the passenger-side step of a 2015 Internatio­nal Harvester. No injuries were reported.

• Police responded to a domestic altercatio­n at 1 a.m. June 27 on Willow Street in Reynoldsvi­lle. The arrestee reportedly pushed the victim. He was cited for harassment.
