PSP-Punxsy

• Police conducted a traffic stop at 9:38 p.m. Aug. 19 on Pollock Road in Banks Township, Indiana County. The driver allegedly was under the influence of a controlled substance. The investigation is ongoing.

• Police responded to a one-vehicle crash at 10:38 p.m. Sept. 10 on Mahaffey Grampian Highway in Bell Township, Clearfield County. A 2016 Chevrolet Silverado went out of control and struck an embankment. No injuries were reported. The juvenile driver was cited for speeding.

• Police responded to a disturbance at 9 p.m. Sept. 10 on Patchin Highway in Burnside Township, Clearfield County. A known suspect allegedly assaulted another person, causing injury. The investigation is ongoing.

• Police responded to a report of an individual arriving at work under the influence of alcohol at midnight Aug. 31 on Smyerstown Road in Canoe Township, Indiana County. He was issued a non-traffic citation for public drunkenness.

• Police are investigating a report of a firearms violation that occurred in 2022 at Beverly Guns & Supply LLC on St. Jacobs Church Road in Perry Township, Jefferson County.

• Police responded to a

report of a fight between inmates at 6:09 a.m. Sept. 9 at the Jefferson County Jail. The investigation is ongoing.

• Police are investigating an allegation of child abuse Sept. 6 on Route 28 in Rose Township, Jefferson County.

PSP-DuBois

• Police responded to a motorcycle collision at 6:12 p.m. Sept. 6 on DuBois Rockton Road in Brady Township, Clearfield County. While going down a driveway, a motorcycle lost traction in loose gravel and fell on its side. Two individuals were injured and transported by EMS.
