PSP-Punxsy

• Police responded to a one-vehicle crash at 8:04 p.m. Jan. 25 on Knox Dale Road in Knox Township, Jefferson County. A 2018 Subaru XV Crosstrek went into a ditch after the driver failed to see a stop sign due to heavy fog. No injuries were reported.

• Police responded to a domestic altercation at 2:02 a.m. Jan. 17 on Patrick Lane in Bell Township, Clearfield County. Two individuals were arrested and charged with simple assault and harassment.

• Police responded to a report of harassment at 12:51 a.m. Jan. 13 on Route 36 in Bell Township, Jefferson County.

• Police responded to a three-vehicle crash at 10:30 p.m. Jan. 27 on Route 119 in Henderson Township, Jefferson County. A 2005 Subaru Legacy struck a 2004 Honda Accord, causing heavy rear end damage and knocking a piece of metal into the front window of a 2023 Jeep Wrangler. The latter two vehicles were parked and unoccupied at the time of the crash. No injuries were reported. The driver of the first vehicle was cited for speeding.

• Police responded to a disturbance at 2:36 a.m. Jan. 25 on Route 310 The suspect reportedly was manifestly under the influence of a controlled substance and posed a danger to herself and others. She was transported to Penn Highlands DuBois, where she reportedly was very disruptive and screamed and yelled inside the emergency room. She allegedly attempted to spit on a DuBois city police officer. She was charged with assault of a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. She was committed to the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of posting bail.

• Police responded to a one-vehicle crash at 12:32 p.m. Jan. 28 on Interstate 80 in Union Township, Jefferson County. A 2013 Subaru UNK spun on the slush-covered roadway and struck a guiderail. The vehicle sustained only cosmetic damage.

• Police responded to a one-vehicle crash at 7:28 a.m. Jan. 31 on Main Street in Chest Township, Clearfield County. A 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 went out of control on the icy road and went into a ditch. No injuries were reported. The driver was cited for speeding.

• Police conducted a traffic stop at 9:10 p.m. Jan. 29 on Cecil Hurd Highway in Bell Township, Jefferson County. The driver was suspected of DUI. The investigation is ongoing.

PSP-DuBois

• Police responded to a one-vehicle crash at 2:50 p.m. Jan. 28 on Interstate 80 in Pine Township, Clearfield County. A 2020 Honda Civic went out of control on the snowcovered roadway, slid into the median and struck a small tree. No injuries were reported. The driver was cited.

• Police responded to a one-vehicle crash at 4:57 p.m. Jan. 28 on State Park Road in Huston Township, Clearfield County. A 2016 Kira Soul went out of control on the snowcovered roadway and struck a utility pole. No injuries were reported.

• Police responded to a one-vehicle crash at 4:39 a.m. Jan. 31 on Route 310 in Winslow Township, Jefferson County. A 2008 Dodge Dakota struck a deer, went up an embankment and rolled onto its side. No injuries were reported.

• Police are investigating a report of a domestic altercation between three adults at 10:24 p.m. Jan. 24 on Grant Street Extension in Reynoldsville.

• Police responded to a report of drug possession at 9:36 a.m. Jan. 23 on Vo Tech Road in Winslow Township, Jefferson County. A juvenile student reportedly was in possession of a THC vape pen. The investigation is ongoing.

• Police responded to a domestic altercation between 8:30 and 8:59 p.m. Jan. 20 on Beechton Road in Washington Township, Jefferson County. One of the parties was cited for harassment.

• Police are investigating a report of indecent assault of a juvenile on Pardus Road in Washington Township, Jefferson County.

• Police are investigating a report of theft of services at 4 p.m. Nov. 18 on Ponderosa Drive in Huston Township, Clearfield County. Unknown actor(s) placed items in a dumpster at Pine Valley Trailer Park.

• Police responded to a disturbance at 11:07 a.m. Jan. 30 on Washington Avenue in Falls Creek. The arrestee reportedly struck the victim’s door with a closed fist, causing damage. A charge of criminal mischief is pending.

• Police responded to a one-vehicle crash at 9:19 a.m. Jan. 29 on Route 322 in Winslow Township, Jefferson County. A 2007 Toyota Corolla went out of control and struck a ditch. No injuries were reported.

• Police responded to a report of assault at 3:45 a.m. Jan. 19 on The Ln in Reynoldsville. The suspect reportedly struck the victim in the head with an axe handle. The suspect was arrested for simple assault.
